The steps

One step open at a time. Click "Done, next" to move on. The grey boxes show what the screen looks like; they are pictures, not buttons.

  1. Social media rewards showing up every week, not showing up perfectly. So pick one kind of post: a funny real estate quote, a homeownership tip, a "did you know" about buying. One idea, every week, same day. That is what people remember.

  2. Open ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini and paste prompt 5. Ask for 12 for a quarter, or 52 for a year. Download the file it gives you.

Open the file and look at the very top. The column names must be in the first row, with nothing above them. A title line above the names is what tripped up the demo in class. Read the list, and delete any line you would not say out loud.

  3. In Canva AI, paste prompt 6. Pick ONE design and stop looking. Keep one text box where the quote goes, plus your name or logo. Delete everything else. Brand tab, Shuffle, until it is in your colors.

The same look every week is how people know it is you before they read a word.

  6. Click the text box in your design. Click the three dots next to it, then Connect data, then Quote. You are telling Canva: put each line from the Quote column right here. There is also an Auto-match fields button that tries to do this for you.

  7. Click Continue and let Canva build. Ten lines become ten pages, each one a finished post. Fifty-two become fifty-two.

Skim every page. A long quote may run off the edge; make the text a little smaller on that page and move on. Give this five minutes, not fifty. Then schedule one page a week with the next guide.

All done, see what to watch for

Watch out for

  1. The title row breaks it.

Column names go in row one with nothing above them. That was the whole problem in class.

  2. Excel works too.

Brad said in class to use CSV. Either kind of file works. CSV just cannot carry pictures.

  3. Up to 300 lines at a time.

Plenty. That is almost six years of weekly posts.

  4. Set the timer.

The point of Bulk Create is to give you your hour back. Do not spend it making ten designs.
